Group Yoga ClassesExperience inspired flow yoga — a gentle, slow-flow class designed to help you clear your mind, find balance, and explore new possibilities in your practice. Each session begins with grounding breathwork and gentle warm-ups, leading into a steady flow of postures that build strength, balance, and openness and occasionally include Yin or Restorative poses for added calm and rejuvenation. Essential oils are integrated into class to engage the senses and support a smooth transition in and out of your practice. Classes often end with an inspirational reading and deep relaxation while in savasana.
